What is the minimum purchase to make an order?
The minimum purchase for any order is €100.
Do the prices of the items include IVA?
No, IVA is added when the invoice is generated, except in the following cases:
1. That it is an intra-Community shipment and the customer has a valid Intracommunity IVA that we will verify on the corresponding website of the European Community. Without a valid registration, 21% will be applied.
2. That shipment is outside the Community and IVA does not correspond to be applied.
3. That the shipment is to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
4. Although it is a non-Spanish company, IVA will be applied if the shipment is in the Spanish state. According to tax regulations, it must be proven that the order has been shipped outside the Spanish state. In shipments of orders to Spanish postal addresses, IVA is mandatory.

If I make the order today, when will it arrive?
If you are from the Iberian Peninsula, the order will arrive within 1-3 working days. For outside the Iberian Peninsula, the delivery time is 2-5 working days.
The items I received are not as I expected or there is a defect, how do I return them?
As soon as you receive the order, please check that everything is correct: items, colors, number of pieces and quality. If you want to return an item because it is not as you expected or you do not like it, you have 15 natural days from the receipt of the order to exchange or return the item in its original bag at your own expense. If you want to return an item because it is defective or broken, you also have 15 natural days from the receipt of the order to send us the item in its original bag at your own expense. As soon as we receive it, we will check the condition of the item and, only in the case of a manufacturing defect, we will refund the product amount and add the shipping cost on a bill that will be in favor of the customer for a future purchase. Do you have a physical store?
No, we don't have a physical store, but we have a showroom office and warehouse at Plaza Dr. Letamendi, 37 4º 3ª in Barcelona with a wide catalog where you can make your order and take it away immediately. We recommend calling us in advance to arrange the visit.
What office hours do you have?
We are open from Monday to Thursday from 9 to 6pm and on Friday from 9 to 3pm and we are closed only on holidays on the calendar.
Do you only sell silver on the Cosar Silver website?
Yes, we only sell 925 sterling silver items.
Are the images on the website truly representative of reality?
We try to make sure that is the case, although your computer may not display the colors accurately. Therefore, the pieces you receive may differ slightly from the images. As for size, you can see all the measurements in the description of each piece and how they are worn in the photo with the model.
Is the silver you sell of certified quality?
Yes, all our jewelry undergoes control at the Ecomep (Tests and Contrast of Precious Metals of Andalusia S.L.) laboratories, where they are sealed with the 925 of Sterling Silver and with our control code.
Is the silver you sell of ethical origin?
Yes, the 925 Sterling Silver and gold that we use in the factory come from ethical refineries with an LBMA certificate.
What type of gold bath do the gilded pieces have?
The platting that we make to our pieces in the Istanbul factory can be from flash to 3 microns of gold. On top of the gold bath, we add a protective lacquer layer to ensure greater durability of the color.
What stones do you use in the production of the jewelry?
At Cosar Silver, we use semi-precious stones, cubic zirconias and natural pearls for our jewelry.
Are the designs of Cosar Silver original?
Yes, at Cosar we have a design team in our factory that designs our pieces to be original and unique.
Are all the products on the website in stock?
Yes, all that appear on the website are in stock. The ones that are sold out disappear automatically and you won't find them.
