1. CONDITIONS FOR SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

SHIPPING RATES FOR SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

Spain mainland, Balearic Islands and Portugal: free express shipping service (1-3 business days) with a minimum order of 100€ (excluding IVA for Spain).

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: free express shipping service (2-5 business days) with a minimum order of 300€.

*** For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer is responsible for customs charges.

For Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden:

- On orders over 300€: free express shipping (2-5 business days)

- On orders under 300€: 30€ express shipping fee (2-5 business days)

For Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Turkey, United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA:

- On orders over 400€: free express shipping (2-5 business days)

- On orders under 400€: 40€ express shipping fee (2-5 business days)

*** For those countries that are not in the previous lists, the shipping price is 100€ fix for any order.

Notes:

. Shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional taxes and fees, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

. All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours of the order confirmation. This preparation time may vary depending on local or national holidays or peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas.

2. RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Once you receive your order, please check that everything is correct: items, colors, number of pieces and quality. If after this check, you decide to make a return, you should know that:

. you have15 natural days to make it from the date you received the order.

. if you notify us through the email soporte@cosarsilver.es we can make the tracking together.

. prepare the return by packaging the items you want to return in their original bag, with the corresponding code label. The pieces have to be received in good condition to accept the return, so we suggest you add some protection inside the package. Indicate the sender and delivery address in a visible area of the package and send it to the following address:

. COSAR SILVER ESPAÑA S.L. will not be responsible for any loss that the package may suffer during shipping, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our office in good condition.

. The simplest way to return any item is by coming to our office in Barcelona. However, the pieces have to be in perfect condition, within their original bag with the item tag and next to the purchase invoice.

. The refund depends on the reason for the return:

- If the return is because the received product is not as expected, not what you wanted, or you made a mistake in choosing an item, you can make the return on your own, either by courier or by registered mail. In this case, the shipping costs are at your expense.

- If the return is because some of the received pieces do not match the ones that were ordered, or there is a defective or broken piece, you should make the return on your own, either by courier or by registered mail and send us the receipt of the shipping costs payment. As soon as we receive the pieces and check the condition of them, we will be able to resend you the correct ones with a discount for the shipping costs that you have paid or, if you prefer, we will generate a credit note in your favor for future purchases, with the amount of the returned pieces and the shipping charges.
